Yosemite Institute offers scholarships to assist those in need so that they may participate in our programs. A scholarship fund is generated through sales of retail items (T-shirts, ball caps, patches, and pins), through scholarship fees charged to each participant, and through the generosity of individual, foundation and corporate donors.

If you need financial assistance to participate in a Yosemite Institute program, please contact your teacher or group coordinator. She or he can request a scholarship application from our office.

Individual scholarship applications should be completed by the student and his/her parent or guardian and returned directly to Yosemite Institute.

Individual scholarships are not cash awards, but credits that are deducted from the tuition charged by Yosemite Institute. Applications must be completed by the student and parent or guardian, and be returned directly to YI at least 30 days before your group's arrival in order to be considered.
